String-wound cartridge for whole house water filter Nos.U25, OB1, and OB5 to remove sand, silt, rust, and loose scale (5 nominal micron rating). Also used under sink as a pre-filter in No.OT32 to extend life of No.CB3 carbon block filter in homes with rust and sediment in the water and no whole house water filter.
